Areas Of Competence in 21st Century. In the world of today, which is ever progressing and moving forward, one has to look or take it upon themselves to see how they can better theirself and others withing the community. Having said this i will be focusing on more on why i think aquiring and implementing these skills can help achieve professionalism and self improvement as a teacher in my profession. Planning In the perspective of teaching a lesson, it would help me put things into a certain order that will allow me to flow through it in the presence of learners. Thus creating space for input of ideas or examples that would come in the moment of the lesson aswell, allowing me to know where to ask the learners questions, give activities like class exercises to do or sending them home with the work as a task or research.
